Yes, absolutely. It is a very safe and non-invasive therapeutic approach with no harmful side effects. You are aware and in control at all times.
It works by communicating directly with the unconscious (or subconscious – it means the same) mind to achieve positive change, so we can bypass the critical, analytical, and sometimes cynical, conscious mind that can hinder progress.
Yes, they are totally real! Regardless of what you’ve seen on TV or stage shows, you can rest assured that during our sessions, you would never do anything against your will, beliefs and morals or wouldn’t do when you’re fully awake.
Hypnotherapy works for most people. However, it is contraindicated for people with an IQ of less than 70, those with epilepsy and severe psychiatric or personality disorders.
I encourage you to talk to your GP about having hypnotherapy if you are unsure.
Hypnotherapy has a long-time, proven track record of success from numerous, empirical, scientifically backed studies and research in respected publications.

It is an altered state of awareness. It is very safe and natural in the hands of a professional, qualified and registered hypnotherapist… like me!
All you need to do is sit back, close your eyes and listen to my voice. If you want to open your eyes at any time, you can do so.
It’s a perfectly natural state and the best way that I can describe it is like the level of relaxation you can feel just before you go to sleep.
It’s really good for the body and mind to be able to relax so deeply and it’s a lovely experience.
